1. Subscription Plans
All subscription plans are prepaid and provide access to premium features of the eMitro Portal.
2. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Your subscription will remain active until the current billing period ends.
- No additional charges will be applied after cancellation.
3. Refund Policy
- Subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
- If a payment is deducted multiple times due to a technical issue, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
- Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Free Trial
Users can use the Free Trial period before purchasing a subscription plan. Once a paid subscription is activated, it is non-refundable except where required by law.
